Will recipients see the original website domain?

Does Instagram open or scan links automatically?
Messaging platforms may inspect URLs. CommentKeyword classifies recognized automated traffic as bot activity and excludes it from estimated people clicked and click-rate reporting.
What happens if only some DM variants contain a link?
