Which comments get a reply: keyword matching
Each keyword uses one of two match modes. Both ignore upper and lower case and extra spaces, so GUIDE, guide, and Guide are the same.
Replies only when the whole comment is the keyword. Precise, but “GUIDE please” or “GUIDE 🙏” won’t get a reply.
Replies when the keyword appears as a whole word anywhere in the comment, even next to punctuation or emojis, so natural comments like “can you send the guide?” work too.

Use Contains for most campaigns
People rarely comment one bare word. Contains catches “guide pls” and “send the guide” without extra setup.
Other forms of the word need their own keyword
Contains matches the whole word only, so GUIDE won’t reply to “guides” or “guidelines.” If people might write another form, add it as a separate keyword.
Turn on “ignore accents” when needed
With it on, GUIA and GUÍA match each other, which helps when people type quickly without accents.

Good to know
- One keyword fires per comment. If two keywords could match the same comment, the most recently created one wins, so avoid overlaps like PLAN and MEAL PLAN.
- An all-posts keyword must be unique. On selected posts, the same word can be reused as long as the posts are different.
- Comments without a keyword get no public reply. On paid plans, an “Other comments” automation can still DM those people, at most once per person every 24 hours.
