What Was Processed

When you request data deletion through Facebook or Instagram, we process the valid signed request from Meta and remove the Meta-linked data that we can identify from that request:

• Social Login Connections: Facebook OAuth connections associated with the Meta user ID in the request
• Instagram Integration Data: Instagram access tokens, account IDs, token status, and connection fields tied to the matched workspace
• Account Data: If Facebook login was your only login method, the account may be deactivated and personal profile fields removed
• Confirmation: Meta receives a confirmation URL and confirmation code after the request is processed

The Meta callback may not identify every account, workspace, campaign, message, or billing record. If you want a full account deletion or a broader privacy request, contact us so we can verify your identity and process the request under our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention Policy

In accordance with our Privacy Policy:

• Connection Data: Removed or disconnected when a valid Meta deletion request maps to a stored connection
• Service Records: Campaign, conversation, analytics, support, and audit records may be retained where needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations
• Legal Records: Billing, tax, chargeback, security, and compliance records may be retained as required by law
• Backup Systems: Deleted or disconnected data may persist in backups until those backups expire through normal retention cycles
